Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival and Journey to Bomdila

Pickup: Our representative will pick you up from Guwahati or Tezpur in the morning at 7:00 a.m.
Departure: Travel to Bomdila (259 km, approximately 6–7 hours) via well-maintained roads.
Stay: Overnight at a hotel in Bomdila.

Day 2: Shergaon Sightseeing

Sightseeing: Start early in the morning at 7:00 a.m. to witness sunrise.

Clothing

Summer (April–Sept): Light woolens, windproof jacket, comfortable trekking shoes
Monsoon (June–Aug): Waterproof jacket, quick-dry clothes, extra pairs of socks

Common FAQ?

Inclusions

1. Inner Line Permit or ILP is included within the package for all individuals. The same shall be delivered through WhatsApp and or Email in a PDF format, post confirmation of payment.
2. Hotels are provided throughout the trip in Dirang, Bomdila and Tawang. The quality of rooms are solely based on the type of package itself.
3. A dedicated vehicle shall be provided throughout every package. The vehicle type as mentioned above shall be either ‘Scorpio N’ or ‘Toyota Innova Crysta’.
4. All driver and vehicle related expenses such as Toll, Fuel, Driver’s accommodation, Parking charges etc. Are all included within the package.
5. All sightseeing spots mentioned above are all included within the package and you are not required to pay anything extra. However, entry fees such as in Tawang War Memorial (Ticket for Light & Sound Show) and entry fee for Museum in Tawang Monastery are not included.
6. Based on the law as per the Taxi Union of Tawang. A separate vehicle (local vehicle) is required in order to visit border areas such as Bumla Pass. This is not included within the package.
7. Children below 5 years of age and sharing the same bed shall be included. However, individual hotels may have their own rules and restrictions. If by any chance, a hotel might ask for extra charges, you are the one responsible.
Exclusions

1. Any personal expenses such as Shopping, eating out at a restaurant etc. are not included with the package.
2. Meals such as Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are not included with any of the package.
3. This service is currently available for only Indian Nationals.
4. Whichever and Whatever is not mentioned within the ‘Inclusions’ are not included.
Terms and Conditions

1. All costs and rates are calculated based on the types of Hotels and it's rooms classifications such as Economy, Deluxe, Super Deluxe (Premium) and Executive (5 Star Hotels or similar).

2. There are no hidden charges or up sells on any of the packages designed by Daimary Travels™.

3. The payments are processed as an initial 'Partial Payments' method to confirm booking.

4. The remaining dues are to be paid as directed by Daimary Travels™ after the confirmation of the package.

5. Hotels are solely based on the the availability of rooms during rush seasons.

6. Few locations such as Bomdila doesn't have any 5 star hotels or similar. However you will be provided the best in town.

7. Some hotels might levy additional charges for some amenities such as Room Heater etc. However this only applies for packages at 'Economy' level. Rest of the packages have every essential amenities included within the package.

8. Refer to the confirmation mail sent to you after the confirmation of booking. It includes everything related to the package itself. Such as Inclusions and Exclusions in full detail.

9. Credit Cards/Cheques/Card Payments are not well supported in most parts of Arunachal Pradesh. Therefore we request you to carry enough 'Cash' for all expenses.

10. All visitors must provide a valid Government approved identification such as Aadhar Card along with an Address proof as well.

11. Check in time for majority of hotels are at 2:00 p.m. onwards and check out time at 11:00 a.m.

12. Any other charges incurred which isn't included in the package shall be on your behalf.

13. As all of the schedules of the tour are completely planned based on the precise calculations. You are requested to be prepared at the exact time of the Itinerary provided to you.

14. Daimary Travels™ does not hold accountability for Incidents/Accidents and or Natural Calamities which is beyond control and are not held accountable for additional costs such as Vehicle, Hotels and Meals etc.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation are solely based on the duration between the day of the booking and expected start date of the tour.

Our refund Policy grants 100% refund if there are 91 days or more before the expected start date of the tour. If 90 days remains or less, to the expected start date of the tour, we can’t offer you a refund at all cost due to booking complications of Hotels and Vehicles.
