4. Holiday Packages and Rates

All costs and rates are calculated based on the types of hotels and their room classifications such as Economy, Deluxe, Super Deluxe (Premium), and Executive (5-Star Hotels or similar).
There are no hidden charges or upsells on any of the packages designed by Daimary Travels.
Payments are processed through an initial ‘Partial Payments’ method to confirm booking.
The remaining dues are to be paid as directed by Daimary Travels after the confirmation of the package.
Hotel availability is subject to room availability, especially during peak seasons.
Certain locations, such as Bomdila, do not have 5-star hotels or similar. However, the best accommodations available in the area will be provided.
Some hotels might levy additional charges for amenities such as room heaters. This applies only to ‘Economy’ packages. All essential amenities are included in other package tiers.
Refer to the confirmation email sent after your booking for details, including inclusions and exclusions.
Seasonal discounts or promotions may be offered from time to time, subject to specific terms outlined in promotional materials.

5. Payment and Cancellations

Payments must be made as per the specified terms in the booking confirmation.
Credit cards, cheques, and card payments are not widely supported in many parts of Arunachal Pradesh. Travelers are advised to carry sufficient cash for expenses.
Cancellation policies vary by package. Please refer to the specific cancellation terms provided during booking.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe as per the package’s cancellation terms.

6. Travel Guidelines

All visitors must provide valid government-approved identification, such as an Aadhaar card, along with address proof.
Check-in time for most hotels is 2:00 p.m., and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Any additional charges not included in the package will be borne by the traveler.
Travelers are required to adhere to the itinerary and schedules provided to ensure a smooth experience.
Meals provided as part of the package will be clearly stated in the itinerary. Special dietary requests may not always be accommodated, depending on the destination.
Travelers should ensure they have necessary travel permits for certain areas, as required by local authorities. Daimary Travels will assist in obtaining such permits wherever possible.

7. Liabilities and Disclaimers

Daimary Travels does not hold accountability for incidents, accidents, or natural calamities beyond its control. Additional costs arising from such events (e.g., vehicle, hotel, or meal costs) are the traveler’s responsibility.
While every effort is made to provide accurate information, Daimary Travels is not responsible for errors or omissions in the details provided.
Travel insurance is not included in the package. It is strongly recommended that travelers purchase their own insurance to cover unforeseen events.

8. Third-Party Services

Daimary Travels may include services provided by third parties, such as transportation and local guides. We are not responsible for the quality or performance of these services.
Issues arising from third-party services must be resolved directly with the service provider.

9. Special Conditions for Specific Destinations

Some destinations may have limited facilities or infrastructure. Travelers are advised to have realistic expectations regarding accommodations and amenities.
Specific regions, such as Arunachal Pradesh, may experience unpredictable weather conditions, which can impact travel plans.
Travelers are advised to prepare for varying climates and terrains depending on the destination.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and logos on Daimary Travels are the property of Daimary Travels or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any material without explicit permission.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Daimary Travels harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Website or violation of these Terms.
